Sky Zone Trampoline Park

wish I knew of this place sooner? Why are there bad reviews this place is awesome! Its 27$ per month for unlimited jumping. it is on the smaller side so I can see it being crowded on busy days but we went and it was not too busy and the kids loved it. My kids are 1&5 we will go until we get sick of it 😄 it is month to month charge, they even have massage chairs for the adults.

Completely run down. Zero staff regulating the different areas. Parents and grandmas pretty much helping kids to not jump on each other. Don’t be fooled by the website. Even with a full house they close down jumping areas. Total “lord of the flies” scene. Avoid if you can. Look at the rock climbing wall, notice anything odd?

Wonderful experience, very clean. Attentive attendants and excellent customer service at check-in. Special shout out to Austin who was very helpful and guided us about filling the waiver and linking it to the check-in - he was very courteous and it's my son's birthday, he went above and beyond to make my son feel special!! The benefits of the membership are really nice - was explain to us by him how one visit and one month unlimited visits is the same if we go in for the membership. The facility was clean the restrooms were clean and this is Friday afternoon. We're definitely be coming here again!

We booked my granddaughter’s birthday party at sky zone. The facility was very dirty. It was difficult for our guest to check in. There was no organization in the lines and parents became frustrated with the system. The party room was terrible. It was a cold room with no real walls to drowned out the sound.. Singing, happy birthday was almost a waste because we couldn’t hear it. The person in charge of organizing our room for the party told me about 45 minutes before her party time in the room. She would set up everything and have bottled water available.. it was five minutes before , our party room time , that she put the pizzas in the room and some soda pitchers, and one pitcher of water. I saw the room next-door to us set up about an hour before. it had plates and cups and the souvenir drink bottles. All on the table is very nice looking ready for the party.. Ours fell very short of that. , Paying what we paid for this party. Everything should’ve been clean and all set. I will not book a party there again . The arcade games half of them were broken, the package we bought, said included everything available in the facility. However, the laser tag was broken, and that was an additional five dollars per person. Very misleading and very unhappy if I wanted to book a party room, but supply my own food and drinks, to have quality items available. Then I might as well do it somewhere else.

This place took an extreme nosedive after Skyzone bought out Rockin Jump. We have a monthly membership and will be canceling. For your business' sake, I wanted to let you know why. The place was absolutely filthy. Trash was everywhere and we couldn't even sit down on the benches while all the other seats were full. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy with toilet paper all over the floor and soap dispensers dislocated and messy. When I requested staff to at least clean off the benches, one guy looked irritated that he was asked to clean and picked up a few napkins off the floor but ignored the benches, and we still couldn't sit down. Most of the staff weren't working but instead goofing off with their friends and socializing when they could've been cleaning or attending to customers. No one was monitoring the large trampoline area and numerous kids were mowed down by teenagers and were sitting nearby with ice on their heads. I went to the snack bar to buy a water bottle and three of them passed by me and just stared at me. The front counter representative didn't even say hello to us when we approached and was very stoic. Manage your business or it's going to close.

Literally one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever been in. It’s obvious nothing has been cleaned since it opened. Garbage all over the floor, huge dust bunnies, everything is dirty. Just look at this picture of the water fountain. That isn’t stains, it’s bacteria. Simply NOT safe for your kids. They claim to clean “every night” which is a boldface lie. Employees are also the laziest I’ve ever seen. They have typically 4-5 staff who stand around and do nothing even when kids need help. Absolutely foul. Honestly I love small business and never leave bad reviews (not a Karen) but this is unreal.
